Senior Legal Associate
Lara joined Morood Investment Company in 2018. As part of the Legal and Compliance team, she is responsible for advising on corporate governance, fund and trust corporations, and regulatory compliance, in addition to managing the company’s legal affairs and client-related legal matters.
Her role includes overseeing the establishment and structuring of companies and investment funds across multiple jurisdictions, managing investor onboarding, and ensuring compliance with anti-money laundering (AML) and other regulatory requirements. She also coordinates the company’s legal documentation and reporting processes to ensure that all structures remain efficient, compliant, and aligned with both local and international regulations.
Lara works closely with external counsel, administrators, banks, and advisors to deliver secure and risk-conscious solutions tailored to client needs, supporting them in protecting assets, resolving disputes, and achieving their long-term succession and wealth planning objectives.
Lara holds a Bachelor’s degree in Law from Prince Sultan University in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
