Mohammed joined Morood Investment Company in 2018. As part of the Legal team, he focuses on corporate restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, and the mitigation of legal risks for both individuals and institutions. His responsibilities include drafting and reviewing contracts, managing legal obligations, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
He also oversees the coordination with external legal service providers to deliver practical legal solutions that support the company’s strategic and operational objectives. With over nine years of professional experience, Mohammed has developed strong expertise in commercial law and labor regulations, with a professional approach centered on risk management, strategic planning, and legal advisory aimed at enabling sustainable growth and business continuity.
Mohammed holds a Bachelor’s degree in Law from the College of Law at King Saud University.
